The Ability Society and Friends respects your privacy! The following statement is in keeping with our ongoing commitment to protecting your privacy.

The Ability Society and Friends is committed to safeguarding your personal information (information that can identify you as an individual). Should you register on our website, and/or become a Friend, we collect your personal information so we can better understand your needs and preferences, to serve you better, to contact you and to meet statutory or legal obligations. Your personal information will not be sold, leased, rented or given to any third party other than companies contracted to provide services directly to the Ability Society - Friends as for data collection and analysis, and/or volunteers of the Ability Society - Friends. In the case that you have joined Friends with an Association, we will only share your information with the Association you have indicated, for the purposes of reporting volunteer activity. Any information you give to the Ability Society – Friends will be held with the utmost care. In some cases, utilizing your information for publicity and marketing purposes strengthens our message to the public. We will not, however, use your personal information, testimonials, feedback and/or photographs for such purposes without your written approval.
